Store / return policy

At Ego Beauty Supply, we take pride in providing high-quality beauty products, wigs, and hair extensions. Please review our policy before making a purchase.



All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any products.


However, eligible items may be exchanged in accordance with the policy below.

Exchanges


Customers may request an exchange if the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • All tags, seals, and labels must remain intact
  • The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted


Ego Beauty Supply reserves the right to deny any exchange that does not meet these conditions.


Return Shipping for Exchanges


Customers must first submit a return request to receive a return shipping label.


Once approved:

  • A return shipping label will be provided
  • The cost of the return label will be deducted from the exchange credit


Customers should not return items without first receiving authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Wigs or hair extensions that have been opened, worn, cut, styled, or altered
  • Beauty products that have been opened or used
  • Clearance or final sale items


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
