Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and your location.
Typical delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note that shipping delays caused by the carrier or weather conditions are outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, Ego Beauty Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
